PASSION FOR CINEMA
For many years now, the Caffè Aiello Passion for Cinema has been gaining international recognition, to such a degree that the company is now deservedly known as the “Coffee of Italian Cinema”.
But where does this love for the Seventh Art come from? There is an element that links espresso coffee with the cinema. Both are authentic expressions of a savoir-faire with its roots deeply planted in Italy, of an art that has helped to make our country great in the world, enabling it to gather recognition and admiration everywhere.
Our Passion for Cinema is confirmed each year by way of our support for the Italian films in the Cannes, Venice and Taormina Film Festivals. The presence of Caffè Aiello in these events confirms the success of a fruitful partnership with Istituto Luce Cinecittà, which has helped to turn our participation in the most important cinematographic events into reality.

CANNES FILM FESTIVAL
The Festival of Cannes in 2008 was the first festival in which Caffè Aiello participated, the first jigsaw piece of a Passion for Cinema that would become clearer and clearer over the years.
From -the beginning, and without any interruptions, we have had the honour, thanks to Istituto Luce Cinecittà, to be the only coffee company present at Cannes inside the Italian Pavilion-.
From John Turturro to Toni Servillo, from Asia Argento to Elio Giordano and many others international stars have stopped to taste real Italian espresso on the Croisette, during the various editions of the Festival of Cannes inside the Italian Pavilion.
Journalists, professionals of the movie industry and hordes of movie buffs arriving from all four corners of the globe, were instantly won over by the unmistakeable taste of Caffè Aiello, the Coffee of Italian Cinema.
Venice Film Festival
And there wasn’t only Cannes: 2008 was also the first year of the partnership between Caffè Aiello and the Venice Film Festival, developed in collaboration with Istituto Luce Cinecittà.
A relationship that continues uninterrupted and that enables us to return to the red carpet of the Mostra Internazionale d’Arte Cinematografica each year, enjoying non-stop coffee breaks in the Lagoon together with other important Italian companies in the food and beverages industry.
For Caffè Aiello, attending the Venice Film Festival provided the ideal opportunity for supporting the Mimmo Rotella Award, as a sponsor. This is an important award assigned to the films that symbolically further the research of the decollage artist on the wonderful combination of visual arts and cinema.
Over the years, it has been awarded to Terry Gilliam, Al Pacino, Johnny Depp, Alexander Sokurov, Joao Botelho, James Franco, Paolo Sorrentino, Jude Law and many others.
Taormina
Film FestBeing the official coffee at the Taormina Film Fest in a very important year for the history of the event, that of its 60th edition, brought us great satisfaction.
Present at Taormina as technical partner of the festival, we were flattered by the compliments received from international stars such as Ben Stiller and Melanie Griffith, all amazed and delighted by the exceptional taste of Caffè Aiello espresso.

Over the years, we have expressed our Passion for Cinema by collaborating with other events linked to the film industry, including:
